1 g Nerisona C Cream contains 1 mg (0.1%) diflucortolone valerate and 10 mg (1%) chlorquinaldol.

1. What Is NERISONE C CREAM and What Is It Used For?

Nerisone C Cream is a cream used externally on the skin, in which a corticosteroid, which is an anti-inflammatory agent, and a substance effective against microbes are combined.

Nerisone C suppresses inflammatory and allergic skin reactions and reduces symptoms caused by skin problems such as redness, skin thickening, skin layer formation, blistering, itching and other complaints (burning sensation or aches). It also prevents the growth of bacteria, yeasts, fungi and molds (eg microorganisms).

Nerisone C Cream is used for the initial and maintenance treatment of bacterial or fungal infections where inflammatory symptoms are predominant.

These:

Allergic, oily (seborrheic) and raised eczema seen in the hands and feet, varicose eczema (but not directly on the wounds on the legs); blisters, inflammatory blisters, rash, discharge eczema due to susceptibility to bacterial infection;

Inflammatory blisters (inflammation of hair follicles, inflammatory blisters) skin disease (erythrasma) with inflammatory scabs and staining

Fungal infections (tinea, candidiasis, pitrazis versicolor)

Nerisone C is also used in the prevention of bacterial and fungal infections of the aforementioned inflammatory and allergic skin diseases.
3. How to use NERISONE-C?

You should always use Nerisone C Cream as directed by your doctor. If you are not sure, consult your doctor or pharmacist again.

Unless your doctor recommends otherwise, apply Nerisone C Cream to the skin to be treated as a thin layer 2 or even 3 times a day at the beginning of the treatment. It will usually be sufficient to apply once a day after improvement in symptoms.

It should not be used for more than 3 weeks in infants, children and adults.

If you feel a very strong or weak effect due to the use of Nerisone C Cream, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

No risk is anticipated in the use of a single application or accidental swallowing.

If you forgot to use NERISONE-C

Do not use a double dose to make up for forgotten doses.

Effects that may occur when treatment with NERISONE-C is terminated

If you use Nerisone C Cream as recommended by your doctor, the symptoms will disappear during the treatment and complete recovery is achieved after the treatment. If symptoms persist or reappear, contact your doctor.
4. What are the possible side effects?

Like all medicines, there may be side effects in people who are sensitive to the ingredients of NERISONE-C.

During the use of Nerisone C Cream, skin conditions such as itching, burning, redness, or swelling may rarely occur.

Some symptoms may occur as a result of the application of externally used perprates containing corticosteroids to a large area (approximately 10% or more) or long-term use (more than 4 weeks). For example, systemic effects due to thinning of the skin (atrophy), widening of capillaries, streaking of the skin, acne-like changes in the skin, and corticosteroid absorption.

Side effects that rarely occur with the external use of other corticosteroids: hair follicle inflammation, excessive hair growth, eczema around the mouth, skin discoloration, allergic skin reactions to any ingredient.

Side effects can be seen in babies of mothers on large body surfaces or long-term use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For example, when Nerisone C is applied in the last weeks of pregnancy, the baby may regress in the adrenal gland.
