General delivery rules
Goods are delivered by Registered Priority Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. All packages have tracking numbers, which will be provided to you once the package is shipped. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at [email protected] quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order but should we be unable to do this, we will replace the goods free of charge.
The average delivery time to Continental Europe, United Kingdom and Ireland is 10 to 18 business days (business days mean exclude saturday and sunday), delivery to the rest of the world takes up to 15 to 20 working days. In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages.
We added Tracking info for all orders in transaction ,For finding your tracking number please open "my account" section than click to "Order History and Details" Button Than click to "Detais" button right side of the releated order,you can see your tracking number there.

1) From Our carrier's web site https://track.ptt.gov.tr/ you will see "item forwarded to destination country" that mean item on its way to your country.
2) You can track from your national postal service's tracking page in their site ,example royalmail.com for customers from united kingdom or usps.com for customers from united states.
Some national postal services update information after package enter the country.
All orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours once your online transaction has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of two a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship via Registered Priority mail only.Customs fees and other customs problems are the responsibility of the customer.If the tracking number shows that the package is in the possession of the postal service of the relevant country and has not yet been delivered, then a refund will be made only when the package is received back.
Cancellation of order
In case you need to cancel your order, you are able to do so without any reason within 12 hours, please email us: [email protected] asking to cancel your order. Please, provide your order reference number, your name and the delivery address.
