Sporex 100 Mg 15 Capsules ingredent itraconazole equivalent of Sporanox

Pharmacological properties:

Indications:
Systemic aspergillosis candidiasis, cryptococcosis (including cryptoxic meningitis), histoplasmosis sporotrichosis, parachoxi diomycosis, blastomycosis, and more rare mycoses caused by dermatophyte and / or yeast, vaginal candidiasis, pityriasis versicolor dermatomica, fungal keratitis and oral candidiasis.

Contraindications:
It should not be used in over-sensitive cases. Contraindicated in pregnant women, except for syphilisic mycoses.

Warnings / Precautions:
Intraconazole is less absorbed when gastric acid is reduced. Use in children is not recommended unless the benefit is beyond the potential risk. It is recommended that liver function is controlled during regular treatment for longer than one month. Treatment should be discontinued when neuropathy associated with Sporex therapy is seen. As the bioavailability of itraconazole may decrease in renal failure patients, monitoring of plasma level and dose adjustment are required. Itraconazole is passed to the mother in very small quantities.

Side effects / Adverse effects:
The most frequently reported side effects associated with Sporex use are the side effects of the intestinal system. More rarely reported side effects are headaches, temporary elevation of liver enzymes, menstrual irregularities, nausea, abdominal pain, dyspepsia
Drug interactions:
It should not be given with phenytoin and rifampicin.

Usage of form and dozu:
Pityriasis versicolor: 1x2 capsules 7 days
Tinea corporis, Tinea cruris: 1x1 capsules 15 days
Tinea pedis, Tinea manuum: 1x1 capsule 30 days
Oral candidiasis: 1x1 capsule 15 days
Mycotic keratitis: 1x2 capsules 21 days
Vaginal candidiasis: 2x2 capsules 1 day, 1x2 capsules 3 days
Systemic Infections: 1x1-2 capsules
Onychomycosis are:
a) Classic treatment: 1x2 capsule 90 days
b) Pulse therapy
