Who said apples are bad? Or that they contain a lot of sugar? Both of these statements are false. Contrary to popular belief, apples are loaded with health benefits. The truth is, they are more nutritious than you can imagine.

Another reason why apple is so helpful in fighting diseases is because it has a lot of vitamin A and vitamin C.
